The Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicles, assisting customers throughout the sales process, generating new leads, and achieving assigned sales targets while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in the showroom and respond to online and phone inquiries. Identify customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicle models. Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, promotions, and financing options. Conduct product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives. Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, social media, events, and other sales activities. Follow up with prospective and existing customers to convert inquiries into sales. Prepare quotations and assist customers with the completion of sales documents and requirements. Coordinate with Finance, Sales Administration, PDI, and other departments to ensure smooth processing and vehicle release. Achieve individual monthly sales targets and other assigned KPIs. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide proper after-sales follow-up. Stay updated on vehicle models, product features, promotions, financing programs, and competitor offerings. Participate in showroom activities, mall displays, marketing events, and other sales activities. Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, sales activities, and follow-ups. Ensure compliance with company policies, dealership standards, and brand guidelines. Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications Sales experience is preferred; automotive sales experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented, confident, and goal-driven. Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and during sales events when required. Must be willing to work on-site and participate in field sales activities. Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media are an advantage. Valid driver's license is an advantage.
