This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and can turn inquiries into booked appointments and treatment plans. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, text messages, social media inquiries, and website leads Explain our aesthetic treatments, promotions, pricing, and financing options Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective clients Convert inquiries and consultations into booked treatments Recommend treatment packages and skincare products Confirm appointments and reconnect with previous clients Welcome patients and provide an excellent in-office experience Maintain accurate client information and assist with general front-desk duties Qualifications: Previous sales or customer-service experience is required Experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery office, dermatology practice, luxury salon, or high-end retail environment is strongly preferred Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Comfortable discussing pricing and confidently closing sales Reliable, organized, energetic, and able to work independently Fluent English is required Russian, Spanish, or Ukrainian is a plus Experience with social media and patient-management software is a plus Position Details: Part-time position with the opportunity for additional hours Location: 440 NJ-34, Colts Neck, NJ 07722 Some evening and weekend availability may be required Compensation: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience Monthly performance bonus of $250–$750 based on lead response time, booking conversion, appointment attendance, client rebooking, and overall practice growth Experienced medical-spa sales candidates may qualify for higher compensation Employee discounts on selected services may be available To apply, please send your résumé along with a brief introduction describing your sales experience and availability.
