This role involves understanding client needs, coordinating document collection, and maintaining communication throughout the application. The Sales Consultant also builds relationships with clients and partners to enhance market opportunities. Key Responsibilities Get to know the clients background and provide suitable consultation on immigration Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and regulations for different countries. Conduct consultations with clients to assess their eligibility and advise on suitable immigration pathways. Brief clients on the process of Visa Application, documentation and timeline, provide advice on the immigration plan and direction Co-ordinate with clients for the collection of relevant supporting documents for Visa Application Verify the collected documents in accordance with local immigration requirements Follow up on Visa Application progress with relevant Government Authorities and keep the clients updated Communicate with clients effectively to solve their questions, maintain a professional customer service Explore and develop the need in the market and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of immigration services. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and support promotional activities. Other ad hoc assignments as required Requirements Diploma/Degree holders, preferably with 1-2 years of relevant working experience A team player, responsible, patient, detail-oriented, able to work independently Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing Full-time
