We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and results-driven Sales & Business Development Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients, projects, and new business opportunities in the marine, offshore, oil & gas, and engineering sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, generate leads, and follow up on sales opportunities to achieve business targets.
• Review Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and coordinate technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Assist with pricing reviews, commercial negotiations, and contract clarifications.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, forecasts, and business development reports.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Estimation, Project Management, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure timely proposal submissions and smooth project handovers.
• Conduct market research, participate in client meetings, and identify cross-selling, upselling, and repeat business opportunities.
• Monitor quotations, client feedback, order bookings, and upcoming projects to support business growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering, or an MBA in Business Administration with a relevant engineering background.

1–4 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, or commercial coordination.

Experience in engineering services, marine, offshore, or oil & gas industries is mandatory.

Good knowledge of RFQs, tenders, quotations, commercial proposals, and client coordination.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
