Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store sales performance. Maintain proper product display, pricing, and cleanliness of the assigned area. Monitor inventory and assist with stock replenishment. Process sales transactions accurately and handle payments when assigned. Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing merchandise. Promote ongoing store promotions, products, and special offers. Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Perform other duties assigned by the Store Supervisor or Manager. Qualifications: At least 3rd yr. College Level ; a 4-year college graduate is preferred. With or without sales experience; retail or customer service experience is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn. Must be willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules. Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Must be presentable and professional when dealing with customers. Work Location: In person
