The role also supports daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory, and cashiering duties. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service. Assist customers in selecting products that suit their needs. Recommend and cross-sell merchandise to maximize sales. Maintain product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries. Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and replenished. Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system. Assist in receiving, tagging, and organizing stocks. Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards. Help achieve individual and store sales targets. Perform other store-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Graduate of Senior High School, Vocational Course, or College level. Previous retail sales experience is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules. Can start immediately is an advantage. Pay: Php695.00 per day Benefits: Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
