# Sales Associate **Paradiso Terrestre** · Bacoor 4102 04A · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 12 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role · Conduct cold call leads and send menus/company info packages · Maintain accurate contact card for clients · Provide timely and accurate information to potential clients through email, phone or personal queries · Attend to walk-in, phone-in and online inquiries to establish new accounts, generate new business and develop client relationships · Sell, book and coordinate banquet reservations · Prepare and distribute accurate Reservation Event Order (REO) / Banquet Event Order (BEO) at least one(1) week prior to the confirmed function · Prepare and distribute amendment in cases of changes in package, menu, number of pax, etc. · Facilitate pre-event activities such as food tasting, planning and logistics up to signing of contract and settlement of full payment · Establish and maintain excellent client communication through professional customer service and compliance on client deliverables and revenue · Provide an effective and timely conflict resolution before, after and during functions to assure seamless customer service · Assist and attend events, exhibits and others activities related to Sales and Marketing programs · Provide regular input on all account activities including status and call reports on a weekly basis · Collaborate with Head of Sales to develop and execute annual sales and marketing plan · Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time Pay: Php15,600.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Benefits: - Additional leave - Company events - Employee discount - Free parking - On-site parking - Opportunities for promotion - Promotion to permanent employee - Staff meals provided Work Location: In person
