Offering assistance and responding to queries about products and purchases. Recommending the best products to customers. Deal with customer complaints. Locates products for customers and places orders, where necessary. Introduces promotions and new products to customers. Operates cash register and handles cash payments and bank transfer. Handles refunds, exchanges and returns. Documents sales by updating customer records. Assist with inventory management. Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash can, and cleaning windows and restroom. Perform other related duties assigned by manager. Qualifications: 18 to 30 At least senior high school graduate. With or without job experience. With basic pre-employment requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN, and NBI Clearance). Required Skills: Basic math skills. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills.
