Sales Assistant / Sales Manager – Solar Energy Showroom

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Assistant / Sales Manager to join our solar energy showroom. The ideal candidate will have hands-on sales experience with solar panels, solar inverters, and lithium-ion batteries and be confident dealing with customers in a showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their solar energy requirements.
• Explain and recommend suitable solar panels, inverters, and lithium-ion battery systems .
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales.
• Handle showroom sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Explain product specifications, features, pricing, and warranty information.
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams when required.
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on leads.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Keep the showroom organized and products properly displayed.
• Stay updated on new solar products, technologies, and market developments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in solar product sales is preferred.
• Experience with solar panels, inverters, and lithium-ion batteries is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good product knowledge and ability to explain technical information in a simple way.
• Experience in a showroom or retail sales environment is an advantage.
• Ability to generate leads, follow up with customers, and close sales.
• Good computer and communication skills.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
