THE ROLE Location : Oxford Street, London Pay rate : £12.85 an hour Employment Type : Permanent Job Type : Part-time and full-time position Contracted hours : 20/40 Shift pattern : Varied shifts including day time, evenings and weekends Responsible to : District Manager, Store Manager, Supervisor and Key Holder As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in bringing our brand to life on the shop floor. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, support daily sales targets, and contribute to a positive, energetic team environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, has a passion for fashion, and thrives in a fast‑paced retail setting. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Deliver a warm, engaging and personalised customer experience - Support customers with product advice, fittings and sizing when required - Drive sales by confidently promoting products, add-ons and in-store initiatives - Maintain high store standards, including merchandising and cleanliness - Support tills and cash handling in line with company procedures - Assist with deliveries, stockroom tasks, and replenishment - Work collaboratively with your team to support daily store operations WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Passion for fashion and the Calzedonia brands. - Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience. - Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. - Proactive, adaptable and customer-focused. - Professional, reliable and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. - Available and flexible to work during weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
