This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are eager to learn, develop new skills, and gain hands-on experience in sales and customer service. No prior experience is required, and paid training is provided. As an AT&T Sales Assistant, you’ll work directly with business customers and business clients to introduce AT&T products and services, answer questions, and help business customers find solutions that fit their needs. You’ll develop communication and sales skills, build meaningful customer relationships, and contribute to a team focused on delivering great service and reaching shared goals. What You’ll Do as an AT&T Sales Assistant Engage with business customers and business clients to introduce AT&T products and services. Educate business customers on wireless plans, internet options, pricing, and available promotions. Assist business customers with enrolling in, upgrading, or switching services. Build strong customer relationships through friendly, professional communication. Answer questions and address customer concerns with a solutions-focused approach. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, leads, and customer interactions. Collaborate with AT&T Sales Assistant teammates to achieve daily and weekly sales goals. Represent AT&T professionally while creating a positive customer experience. Qualifications for the AT&T Sales Assistant Previous customer service, sales, or business-to-business experience is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept coaching. Motivated, reliable, and comfortable working toward team and individual goals. Prior AT&T Sales Assistant experience is highly desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Reliable transportation is preferred.
