Sales Executive – Hotel Linen & Hospitality Textiles

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in hotel linen and hospitality textiles. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing hotel accounts, and promoting our range of hotel linen products to hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and other hospitality establishments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel procurement managers, housekeeping managers, and purchasing departments.
• Promote and sell hotel linen products, including:
• Bed sheets and pillowcases
• Duvet covers and duvet inserts
• Towels and bathrobes
• Mattress protectors and pillow protectors
• F&B linen, tablecloths, and napkins
• Conduct regular client visits and product presentations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on sales orders.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of proven sales experience in hotel linen, hospitality textiles, or hotel supplies.
• Established contacts with hotels, hotel groups, and hospitality procurement teams in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of hotel linen specifications, fabric quality, GSM, thread count, and textile standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and independently close sales.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
