Develop new markets and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners. Provide technical consultation, product demonstrations, application testing, and pre/post-sales support. Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and quotations based on customer requirements. Work closely with distributors on sales performance, joint customer visits, and product/application training. Participate in exhibitions, seminars, customer visits, and other marketing activities. Collaborate with HQ and internal teams on forecasting, pricing, CRM, and regional business planning. Requirements Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Experience in engineering sales, applications, or a related technical role. Experience with metrology, vibration or optical measurement experience is an advantage. Strong technical, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
