Sales and Operation Manager (HVAC)
Key Responsibilities Sales Forecasting & Planning Develop accurate short-term and long-term sales forecasts. Formulate and implement market-driven pricing strategies designed to enhance competitiveness in the marketplace while safeguarding margin targets. Collaborate with sales teams to align forecasts with market trends and company objectives. KPI Management Implement, monitor, and evaluate sales KPIs across teams. Ensure that each team consistently meets its monthly KPIs and achieves the assigned targets. Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize team performance, strengthen sales execution, and support achievement of Sales target. CRM Oversight Manage and optimize CRM systems for data accuracy and usability. Ensure timely updates of customer interactions, pipeline status, and deal progress. Reporting & Analysis Prepare weekly, monthly and YTD sales reports for management review. Present performance dashboards, variance analysis, and recommendations. Ensure compliance with reporting standards and deadlines. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with production, operations and finance to align sales and marketing strategies. Support leadership in decision-making with clear, data-backed reports. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, forecasting, or business analytics. Proven track record in managing CRM systems (e.g., Power BI). Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions. Knowledgeable with HVAC Skills & Competencies Strong analytical skills with expertise in sales forecasting models and KPI frameworks. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI, or other reporting tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting. Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Work Location: In person
