We're a cash-based practice, and we're growing fast. The Role You'll be the first voice our future patients hear. You'll turn inquiries into booked evaluations by answering questions with confidence, handling price and insurance objections, and helping women see the value of care that's worth investing in. You'll also support our marketing and wellness service promotion. Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and convert leads into booked appointments - Confidently address objections around cost, insurance, and "I'll think about it" - Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email - Track conversion rates and lead sources in our CRM - Promote wellness services and packages - Support social media, community outreach, and referral partnerships - Assist with front desk and scheduling as needed - Excel Proficient Requirements - 1+ year in sales, patient intake, or customer service (phone-based preferred) - Comfort discussing price directly and confidently - Warm, empathetic communication, especially on sensitive topics - Strong organization and follow-through - Tech-savvy (CRM, scheduling software, social media) - Go High Level is knowledge plus Preferred - Experience in a cash-based or healthcare/wellness setting - Marketing or social media experience - Background in women's health, PT, or med spa - CRM Background Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week Benefits: - Paid sick time - Relocation assistance Work Location: In person
