Preparing technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations Conduct regular client visits, site inspections, and project coordination Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities Support sales team in achieving revenue targets and pipeline growth Ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries, RFQs, and project bids Maintain accurate CRM records and client database and pipeline updates Coordinate with technical, engineering and other department for project requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 1–3 years’ experience in Engineering sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in elevator, construction, or technical industry) Strong understanding of elevator and escalator systems is an advantage Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to read technical drawings and understand project requirements (advantage) Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of fieldwork Strong relationship-building skills with industry stakeholders Willing to conduct onsite visits and site inspections. Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
