Firstly, the manager spearheads initiatives to increase sales. This involves crafting and implementing strategic sales plans, managing and motivating sales teams to achieve ambitious targets, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. Secondly, the manager focuses on expanding brand awareness and market reach. This is achieved by conducting market research to understand customer needs, developing targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, staying abreast of industry trends, and fostering a strong brand identity. By bridging the gap between sales and marketing teams, the manager ensures their efforts are seamlessly aligned, ultimately driving the company towards revenue and market share success. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans. - Managing and motivating sales and marketing teams to achieve goals. - Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends and customer needs. - Building and maintaining strong brand identity and awareness. - Overseeing marketing campaigns across various channels. - Setting and tracking sales quotas and budgets. - Fostering collaboration between sales and marketing teams. - Staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
