This is an opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional with a passion for the arts to play a meaningful role in developing collector relationships, cultivating new business and driving sales. The ideal candidate will bring sophistication, initiative, strong communication skills, discretion and an entrepreneurial approach to client development and marketing. Note that compensation is the referenced base + a competitive tiered commission structure. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain long-term client relationships. - Assist in curatorial and marketing strategies to drive sales. - Manage all social media and sales platforms. - Cultivate relationships with interior designers, architects, art consultants and advisors. - Identify new business opportunities to collaborate with the arts community to strengthen foot traffic. - Oversee the entire sales experience, from introducing the gallery program to prospective clients to managing delivery, install, or shipment of the work. Qualifications - Proven experience in high-end, luxury sales, with a preferable interest or background in fine art. - Ability to learn and utilize the gallery data and client management program.. - Exceptional skills in customer relationship building, negotiation, deal closing, and client management. - Ability to lift 20 lbs - A familiarity with the contemporary art market, leading global galleries, collectors, designers, and art consultants. Pay: From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week Benefits: - Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
