Position Summary: The Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for generating interest in the community, building and maintaining communication with potential residents and family members, and achieving census goals. We offer: Salary of up to $92k-95K DOE, based on experience, skills and location. In addition we have a highly competitive commission plan and benefits including Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, a matching IRA, and a company paid life insurance plan. Primary Responsibilities: Sales/Marketing - Take all incoming phone calls, emails and inquiries for your community requesting information. Set-up tour/visits from those contacts. - Maintains our Customer Relations management system - Follow-up with tour/visits. - Develops and maintains consistent contact with referral sources. This includes making cold calls in the greater community. - Facilitates move-in process. Personal Characteristics: - Able to quickly establish professional relationships with all constituents. - Highly skilled in sales and marketing practices. - Team-focused individual with a deep commitment to customer service - Able to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule. Qualifications: - Sales and marketing experience - Experience working in the senior living industry is preferred - Must be 18 and able to pass a DSHS background check - Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public Come join our team!
