About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our business development, sales, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, have good communication skills, and be capable of identifying new business opportunities and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads and approach potential clients.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and existing accounts.
• Coordinate sales activities and maintain accurate customer records.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Support social media and digital marketing activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer requirements are communicated effectively.
• Prepare weekly sales and lead-generation reports.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Experience in transport, logistics, contracting, equipment rental, or manpower services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Previous UAE work experience is preferred.
• A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of generating new business leads.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
