From endurance races and fitness competitions to wellness retreats, corporate retreats, and private events, we're building a place for people to connect, challenge themselves, and create memorable experiences. We're looking for a motivated, outgoing, and sales driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help grow our brand, sell race registrations and retreat experiences, develop partnerships, and drive bookings. This is a hands on opportunity to join a growing business, work directly with the founders, and play a key role in bringing TwentyThree Ranch to life. What You'll Do Sales & Business Development - Drive ticket sales and registrations for races, retreats, and events. - Generate new leads and turn inquiries into confirmed bookings. - Conduct sales calls, follow up with prospects, and build relationships with potential customers. - Proactively reach out to businesses, fitness communities, and organizations to promote group experiences. - Track leads, sales activity, and bookings while working toward revenue goals. Marketing & Brand Growth - Help develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote upcoming races, retreats, and events. - Manage social media content, promotional calendars, and email marketing. - Create engaging promotional materials and identify new ways to grow brand awareness. - Collaborate with the founders on creative marketing strategies to increase ticket sales and bookings. Partnerships & Events - Build relationships with local businesses, gyms, running clubs, and wellness organizations. - Support sponsorship outreach and strategic partnerships. - Assist with event promotion, customer communication, and booking coordination. - Provide occasional on-site support during races, retreats, and special events. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: - Sales-driven: Confident in outreach, relationship building, and closing sales. - Outgoing: Comfortable making calls, networking, and connecting with new people. - Self-motivated: Takes initiative and thrives with a flexible, independent schedule. - Organized: Able to manage multiple projects, leads, and deadlines. - Creative: Brings fresh ideas to marketing and business growth. - Passionate: Interested in fitness, wellness, outdoor experiences, and events. Experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, or event management is preferred, but a college degree is not required. We value work ethic, initiative, communication skills, and results. Compensation & Flexibility - Base Salary: $3,000/month ($36,000 annually) - Commission: 10% on qualifying sales, with uncapped earning potential - Schedule: Flexible working hours with the freedom to manage your day and responsibilities, while remaining available for scheduled meetings, sales calls, and occasional on site events - Growth: Opportunity to grow your role and earnings as TwentyThree Ranch expands Why Join Us?
