Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and business opportunities
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Manage marketing campaigns and social media
• Prepare proposals and promotional materials
• Coordinate with project teams

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in sales & marketing (construction/interior preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
