Duties

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, print, and digital advertising to maximize reach and engagement.
• Utilize SEO strategies and web analytics tools like Google Analytics to optimize content visibility and measure campaign performance.
• Manage advertising sales efforts by creating compelling ad content using Adobe Creative Suite and overseeing social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
• Coordinate with product management teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
• Lead demand generation marketing activities by leveraging marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and targeted content marketing strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• Oversee the creation of engaging content including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and print materials while maintaining brand voice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing project management tasks such as budgeting, campaign scheduling, and performance analysis to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Experience

• Proven experience in digital marketing, including managing multichannel campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing, and print advertising.
• Strong proficiency in SEO techniques, web analytics reporting (Google Analytics), and implementing marketing automation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead marketing or advertising teams with excellent team leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design purposes.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot for managing customer relationships and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, demand generation techniques, performance marketing, and product management principles.
• Excellent content writing skills combined with research capabilities to develop compelling messaging tailored for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords while analyzing campaign performance metrics for continuous improvement.
