No experience necessary we will train potential candidates. Responsibilities: Present vehicle features, model options, purchase and finance options, and store services to customers Facilitate customer test drives Ensure customers understand the vehicle's operating features and warranty Communicate effectively in-person and over the phone to discover the customer’s wants and needs Provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s experience Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers Maintains high CSI (Customer Service Index) a MUST Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories Build and maintain current sales pricing and manufacturer promotions Prepare vehicles for customer pickup Maintain appearance and cleanliness of store showroom and vehicle lot Required: Valid state issued driver’s license, and a clean driving record A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals Excellent interpersonal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills A professional appearance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Opportunities for advancement Vision insurance Work Location: In person
