Role Purpose: Are you passionate about weddings, events, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a Sales & Events Executive to join our sales team, supporting event sales across two beautiful Grade II listed venues in Cheam and Ewell. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your sales and events career in a dynamic hospitality environment. You'll play a key role in converting enquiries into bookings, delivering outstanding client service, and working closely with our Operations and Culinary teams to ensure seamless event delivery from enquiry through to event day. What You'll Be Doing Responding promptly to new enquiries, qualifying leads, and managing client communications Conducting venue show rounds and client meetings, presenting venue offerings and tailoring packages to individual requirements Preparing accurate proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring timely follow-up to secure bookings Supporting the handover process to Operations and Culinary teams, ensuring all relevant event information is accurately recorded within the CRM system Attending client planning meetings and providing guidance on event flow and venue offerings Being present on event days to welcome clients and facilitate a smooth handover to the Operations Manager What We're Looking For Some experience within venue, events, hospitality, or sales environments Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail An enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused approach A genuine passion for hospitality, events, and delivering exceptional service Good to Know Due to the weddings-focused nature of our venues, flexibility will be required for evening and weekend working. The role involves regular travel between our venues in Cheam and Ewell, so candidates with their own reliable transport will be at an advantage. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial.
