Our products are imported from the US, and we provide both the product and service support to clients across India. We are is looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive to independently manage and grow our Mumbai territory. This is an individual contributor, end-to-end B2B sales role involving lead conversion, client meetings, product demonstrations, business development, order closure, payment collection and customer relationship management. What you’ll be responsible for: Convert leads and develop new B2B customers Conduct client meetings, site visits and product demonstrations Identify new business and market opportunities Develop dealers/distributors in uncovered markets Manage quotations, negotiations and order closure Follow up on payments and outstanding collections Build repeat business from existing customers Maintain sales pipeline and timely sales/activity reports Coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse, Site Team and Accounts What we’re looking for: 2–4 years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience Experience in industrial chemicals, glass/windows, façade, construction, cleaning solutions or related technical products is preferred Strong lead conversion, negotiation and closing skills Ability to understand and explain technical products/applications Strong follow-up and payment collection discipline Comfortable working independently and travelling across Mumbai Dealer/distributor or channel sales experience is an advantage Good communication skills in English & Hindi ; Marathi/local market familiarity is a plus Comfortable using Google Sheets Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban District)
