This role is responsible for expanding market presence through reformer sales while ensuring smooth business operations, compliance, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Sales Develop and implement sales strategies for reformers and related equipment. Build and maintain relationships with gyms, studios, hotels, and wellness centers. Negotiate contracts and manage distribution channels. Achieve revenue targets and expand client base. Operations Supervise daily company operations including logistics, inventory, and customer service. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial objectives. Coordinate with suppliers and manage product availability. Leadership Recruit, train, and manage sales staff. Set performance targets and monitor KPIs. Report directly to ownership/board on sales and operational results. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years in sales leadership, ideally in fitness/wellness equipment or distribution. Strong operational management experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
