Promote and sell ready-mix concrete, building materials, and related products. Identify new business opportunities and generate new customers and sales leads. Visit construction sites, contractors, consultants, developers, and other potential clients regularly. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on sales enquiries. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management. Coordinate with the production, logistics, dispatch, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of concrete and materials. Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and pricing trends. Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, payments, and outstanding accounts. Maintain updated records of customers, sales activities, quotations, and orders. Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management. Candidate Requirements Minimum 5–8 years of relevant sales experience in the ready-mix concrete and/or building materials industry . Strong knowledge of the Qatar construction and building materials market is preferred. Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory. NOC is required. Arabic nationality required. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred. Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: ARABIC,ENGLISH (Preferred) Work Location: In person
