Inspect shaft/ERSS, grouting, mined tunneling, shotcrete, plant, lifting and pile-removal activities. Control confined-space entry, ventilation, gas testing, access and emergency-rescue readiness. Monitor pile detection, staged cutting, restraint, lifting and hot work. Coordinate and monitor emergency actions. Conduct induction, toolbox talks, inspections, audits, incident investigations and emergency drills. Implement EMMP and ECM controls for silty water, noise, vibration, dust, waste and drainage. Manage chemical spills, vector control, environmental inspections and reports. Liaise with LTA, MOM, NEA, PUB, consultants, interfacing contractors and subcontractors. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in WSH, environmental management, engineering or a related field. Valid MOM registration as a WSH Officer and valid NEA registration/license as ECO (SCS). Minimum 3 years of WSH and environmental experience on LTA construction projects. Experience in civil infrastructure, underground works, deep shaft/ERSS or mined tunnelling. Knowledge of the WSH Act, LTA SHE/SHEMS, environmental legislation and PUB ECM requirements. Competent in RA/SWP, PTW, inspections, incident investigation, reporting and authority liaison. Confined-space safety, lifting-operation or tunnelling qualifications are preferred.
