The role requires working onsite three times per week and collaborating closely with hiring managers and recruitment teams. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and social platforms Conduct initial phone or virtual screenings Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure SLA compliance Qualifications At least one (1) year of recruiting healthcare professionals based in North America.
