Working in both onsite and offsite environments, you will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality recruitment experience through candidate sourcing, screening, and talent pipeline development. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to grow their career as a Talent Acquisition professional, and who is keen to build strong recruitment fundamentals while developing deeper expertise in the field. Key Responsibilities - Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels - Screen candidates against role requirements - Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs - Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, providing regular updates - Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and delivery - Prepare candidate summaries, including skills, experience, and assessment insights - Drive direct sourcing and proactive talent engagement - Communicate role opportunities and articulate the client’s value proposition to candidates - Maintain accurate data within the ATS and support recruitment operations and coordination Skills & Experience We welcome candidates who have the following experience, or who demonstrate strong motivation to develop these skills: - Experience in sourcing and screening within a fast‑paced environment - Experience communicating with stakeholders such as Recruiters and Hiring Managers - Experience using ATS and/or CRM systems - Strong data management skills using Excel - Knowledge of market mapping and Boolean search techniques is highly regarded - Clear, professional, and effective communication skills - Customer‑focused and results‑driven mindset - Ability to work effectively across cultures and adapt to change Language Requirements - Korean: Native level - English: Intermediate business level Working Model - Hybrid working: 4 days onsite per week (central Seoul) If you are motivated to grow as a Talent Acquisition professional, keen to build your recruitment skills from the fundamentals, and passionate about delivering value to both clients and candidates, we encourage you to apply.
