Roving Operation supervisor
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee and monitor daily operations across assigned sites or locations Ensure smooth and efficient implementation of operational procedures Supervise, coach, and evaluate employees and site teams Monitor attendance, productivity, performance, and manpower requirements Conduct regular site visits and identify operational concerns Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements Address and resolve operational issues and employee concerns promptly Coordinate with Site Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Management Prepare and submit regular operational and performance reports Ensure proper implementation of company programs, processes, and standards Provide recommendations for improving operational efficiency and productivity QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience , preferably in operations, warehouse, logistics, or manpower services Benefits: On-site parking Work Location: In person
