The role requires regular store visits, coordination with store personnel, monitoring of inventory and promotions, and ensuring that brand standards are consistently followed. Key Responsibilities 1. Store Visits & Coverage Conduct regular visits to assigned stores within the designated area. Follow the assigned store visit schedule and ensure proper coverage of all accounts. Monitor store conditions and immediately address merchandising concerns. Coordinate with store personnel regarding product availability, displays, and other requirements. 2. Merchandising & Product Display Ensure products are properly displayed, organized, and aligned with company and store standards. Maintain proper shelf arrangement, product facing, pricing, and promotional materials. Check and replenish products when necessary. Monitor product visibility and ensure displays are clean and presentable. 3. Inventory & Availability Monitor stock levels and identify out-of-stock or low-stock items. Coordinate with store personnel regarding replenishment requirements. Check for damaged, expired, or slow-moving products and report findings accordingly. Monitor product movement and availability across assigned stores. 4. Promotions & Brand Compliance Ensure promotional materials, displays, and product placements are properly implemented. Check compliance with agreed merchandising standards and campaign guidelines. Report missing or incorrect promotional materials and displays. 5. Reporting & Documentation Submit accurate and timely store visit reports, inventory updates, and merchandising reports. Document store conditions through photos or other required monitoring tools. Report issues, opportunities, and competitor activities observed during store visits. Maintain updated records of assigned stores and completed visits. 6. Coordination & Communication Maintain good working relationships with store personnel, Team Leaders, Area Managers, and other relevant teams. Communicate store concerns and urgent requirements promptly. Coordinate with the assigned team to resolve operational and merchandising issues. 7. Other Duties Support new store openings, product launches, and special merchandising activities when required. Assist in other field activities and projects related to merchandising and sales. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor. Qualifications At least Senior High School graduate; college graduate is an advantage. Previous experience in merchandising, retail, sales, or field operations is preferred. Willing to conduct daily store visits within the assigned area. Willing to travel between multiple stores. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with basic reporting tools such as Google Forms, Google Sheets, or similar applications is an advantage.
