(Santa Clarita, CA) Commission only · $75K–$300K/yr earning potential · Full-time CK Roofing is a licensed residential and commercial roofing contractor (CA Lic. #1136158) serving Santa Clarita and the LA area. We are looking for an experienced roofing sales pro who sells the job AND runs it – from first inspection and contract through production and final walkthrough. Please read before applying: this is a commission-only position (no base pay, no draw). If you need an hourly wage or salary, this role is not a fit. You will: - Run marketing-generated leads (Yelp, Thumbtack, referrals) – no cold door-knocking required - Inspect and measure roofs, build proposals and contracts in Roofr CRM - Present to homeowners and close in-home, 2–4 appointments per day - Manage your sold jobs: scheduling, crews/subs, materials, quality checks, homeowner updates, final walkthrough and collection - Keep your pipeline and reports up to date in Roofr Requirements (must have): - 2+ years of in-home roofing sales - Solid knowledge of shingle, tile and flat/TPO systems and local pricing - Valid California driver's license and your own reliable vehicle - Able to cover Santa Clarita / LA County - Comfortable with CRM and measurement tools (Roofr, Hover, EagleView) Nice to have: project management experience, bilingual English/Spanish, your own licensed and insured sub crews We offer: - Commission on every job you sell and manage – uncapped - Steady inbound leads from our marketing team - Company vehicle and fuel card after 3 months - Our own installation crews and office support Apply with a short note: how many roofs you sell per month, your closing rate and your typical price per square.
