What you'll be doing here: Work with the homeowner to educate them on the claims process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims. Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership. What we need you to bring: Excellent interpersonal communication skills Coachability. Being willing to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success. Self-motivation and comfortable working with little or no direction No insurance, construction or exterior restoration experience is required; extensive training is provided. Prior customer service experience is encouraged. A valid Driver's License and comfortability on a residential roof. Availability to work on Saturdays (for a short time, say 10-2 depending on work load) We have found there are industries that transfer well so if you are looking to graduate from car sales, phone sales, alarm systems, real estate, property management, or other related industries, we are interested in talking with you!
