Mō te tūranga nei | About the Job: We're a leader in robotic-assisted surgeries in urology, gynaecology and general surgery and we're looking for a Robotic Clinical Team Lead to assist and support our clinical teams and our Charge Nurse Manager with operational management of the overall Robotics service at Ascot Hospital. This is a fulltime 1.0 FTE position (40 hrs per week), made up of 6, 8 & 10 hr rostered shifts. Our Theatre operating hours are 0700 - 2000, primarily Monday to Friday plus some Saturday lists. Ngā kōrero mōu | About you: You are a New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current APC, and strong peri-operative experience with Robotic Surgery. You have excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to develop relationships and engage effectively, including with Surgeons, to ensure the efficient use of resources, best outcomes for patients and a seamless experience for all.
