Location: UAE Company: Pioneer Engineering Consultancy L.L.C. Road Engineer Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in road design, transportation infrastructure, and engineering consultancy projects. Strong experience in the design of roads, highways, junctions, intersections, access roads, and associated infrastructure. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant road design and engineering software. Experience in horizontal and vertical alignment design, grading, road profiles, cross sections, and corridor modelling. Good knowledge of road design standards, specifications, and international engineering codes. Familiarity with Abu Dhabi and UAE authority requirements, including DMT, ITC, and other relevant authorities, will be an advantage. Experience in preparing design reports, drawings, calculations, technical submissions, and authority approval packages. Strong multidisciplinary coordination experience with utilities, drainage, structures, landscape, and other disciplines. Ability to review design drawings, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with project requirements and authority standards. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
