What you’ll be doing Identify, assess & analyze business risks. Dig into data to flag red flags early. Build reports & dashboards for risk tracking. Work with teams to design risk mitigation plans. Monitor compliance with policies & regulations. Support audits and risk assessments. Translate complex risk data into simple insights. What we’re looking for Any Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related - Certs a plus! Analytical mind, loves digging into numbers. Strong Excel skills (bonus points for SQL/data tools). Clear communicator — can explain risk in plain English. Detail-oriented, doesn't miss the small stuff. Curious, proactive, asks "what if?". Fresh out of Uni, Entry Level, Mid-career switch? Totally fine.
