Rigging Operations Manager

Position: Operations Manager Company: The Rigging Corporation Location: Pasay City Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's daily operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget. This leadership role involves coordinating teams, optimizing processes, managing resources, and driving operational excellence to support the company's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient execution of projects and services. Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures. Manage and supervise operational teams, including logistics, maintenance, and project personnel. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency. Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments. Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Prepare operational reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management. Lead problem-solving efforts and implement corrective actions when operational issues arise. Support business growth initiatives through process improvement and operational planning. Mentor, train, and evaluate team members to enhance productivity and performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in construction, rigging, logistics, engineering, or industrial services. Proven leadership and team management experience. Strong knowledge of operational planning, project management, and resource allocation. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Strong financial and budget management capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
