In this remote position, you’ll have conversations about retirement and coverage needs, explain available solutions, and help clients determine which options make sense for their situation. You’ll work independently throughout the day while staying organized with outreach and follow-up. The right person is comfortable having detailed conversations, takes commitments seriously, and follows through with clients. Training and ongoing support are provided. Earnings are performance-based. Your Responsibilities Connect with families exploring retirement and coverage options. Ask questions to understand their goals, priorities, and concerns. Explain available plans and how they can fit into a broader financial strategy. Help clients evaluate options based on their individual circumstances. Guide clients through the enrollment process when they are ready. Keep detailed records and manage follow-up with prospective clients.
