No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is open to professionals from various subdomains including Pharmacists, First-Line Supervisors of Retail Sales Workers, General and Operations Managers, and Private Detectives and Investigators who bring at least 5 years of hands-on expertise in retail operations. Scope of Work - Review, analyze, and provide feedback on simulated retail scenarios and operational workflows to ensure authenticity and accuracy. - Contribute insights on best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements across retail trade subdomains. - Create, evaluate, and refine written content related to retail operations, sales processes, and customer service interactions. - Assess and validate the logical consistency of retail problem-solving methods and decision-making processes. - Participate in structured discussions to clarify terminology, operational nuances, and context-specific challenges within the retail environment. - Deliver actionable recommendations for improving AI outputs based on real-world retail expertise. - Collaborate remotely using strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear, effective knowledge transfer.
