We’re looking for a Retail Store Manager to become a key partner to the General Manager, leading day-to-day operations across store, workshop, e-commerce and warehouse . This is a hands-on leadership role with genuine autonomy, influence and long-term progression potential.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and develop a team across multiple departments
• Work closely with department managers on KPIs, rotas, performance and staffing
• Oversee daily store, workshop, e-commerce and warehouse operations
• Drive sales, customer experience and operational performance
• Handle people/HR matters fairly and effectively
• Identify inefficiencies and introduce smarter processes
• Troubleshoot problems and take ownership — no job is too big or too small
• Act as a trusted right hand to the General Manager , with succession potential

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ retail leadership experience , ideally in a €5m+ turnover environment
• Proven experience leading large, front-line teams
• Strong commercial, organisational and people-management skills
• A hands-on, resilient and solutions-focused approach
• Passion for cycling, fitness, outdoors or leisure strongly preferred
• Right to work in Ireland and ability to reliably commute to Tallaght
• Flexibility for alternating weekends and occasional shifts until 8pm
