Role : Store Manager (Full-Time) . We are seeking an inspiring, style-conscious leader to take ownership of our busy Duke Street boutique in Dublin. What You’ll Do: - Own the Floor: Lead the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring the store looks flawless, welcoming, and on-brand at all times. - Elevate the Experience: Provide world-class, personalized styling advice and customer service that turns first-time visitors into lifelong regulars. - Curate & Merchandise: Bring your creative flair to our visual merchandising, window displays, and stock curation to tell a compelling style story. - Drive Success: Manage inventory, track sales targets, and identify local opportunities to grow the business. What We Look For: Previous retail management or supervisor experience, strong leadership skills, and deep expertise in menswear styling or suiting.
