This role is responsible for driving business growth, managing staff performance, optimizing inventory, and upholding the company's brand standards. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Revenue Management Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Monitor daily sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust tactics to optimize results. Lead upselling, cross-selling, and promotional initiatives to increase average transaction value. 2. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and coach store staff to ensure high performance and customer engagement. Set individual and team goals aligned with store objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. 3. Customer Experience Management Ensure a welcoming, customer-focused environment that reflects the brand's values. Resolve escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally. Oversee execution of customer loyalty programs and in-store events. 4. Inventory & Merchandising Control Oversee inventory management to minimize stockouts, overstock, and shrinkage. Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and promotional displays are executed on time. 5. Operational Excellence & Compliance Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations. Maintain accurate store records, reports, and documentation. Audit cash handling, banking, and operational processes regularly. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred but not required). 3-5 years of proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role. Experience in the fashion, footwear, or accessories industry is a strong plus. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to drive sales and achieve/exceed targets. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention. Ability to analyze sales reports and implement strategies for improvement. Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems. Personal Attributes: Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
