Strategically manage and promote sales culture within a Retail Store to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals to position PUMA as the most desirable sports lifestyle brand in the world. Key Responsibilities - Drive and promote a strong sales culture to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets, positioning PUMA as the most desirable sports lifestyle brand globally - Ensure consistent achievement of store sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective short- and long-term planning, expense control, and service excellence - Deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with PUMA’s Cornerstones and service standards - Support recruitment, training, development, and succession planning of high-performing, results-driven team members - Oversee payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maximize productivity and profitability while maintaining excellent service levels - Ensure all Domestic and Global training programs are effectively implemented and drive results in-store - Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive insights to support business growth - Lead Loss Prevention initiatives, ensuring compliance, awareness, and training within the store - Manage and achieve inventory and shrink targets, including overseeing physical inventory processes - Oversee execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise - Identify and communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store Manager - Plan, manage, and execute marketing initiatives and store events within budget and company guidelines - Support new store openings and/or store closures as required (travel may be involved) - Attend required offsite training sessions and meetings - Ensure all visual merchandising directives are executed and maintained to meet PUMA standards - Maintain store facilities in line with guidelines and ensure timely reporting of maintenance needs - Ensure compliance with all operational standards, policies, and key accountabilities - Maintain a safe, compliant, and positive working environment for all team members - Be flexible to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,100.00 per month Benefits: - Additional leave - Employee discount - Health insurance - Parental leave - Professional development Work Location: In person
