The role also involves maintaining proper product displays, monitoring inventory, and supporting the overall day-to-day operations of the retail store. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases. Promote and sell company products and services to achieve assigned sales targets. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers. Process sales transactions accurately and ensure proper documentation. Monitor product availability and coordinate replenishment of stocks when necessary. Maintain proper product displays, cleanliness, and organization of the store. Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, benefits, and pricing. Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and coordinate with the appropriate department when necessary. Monitor sales performance and submit required sales reports. Assist in inventory counting and reconciliation. Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and customer service standards. Support promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and in-store sales initiatives. Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments regarding sales and operational concerns. Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred. At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Sales-oriented, proactive, and target-driven. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills. Organized and detail-oriented, particularly in handling sales transactions and documentation. Basic knowledge of inventory and cash-handling procedures is an advantage. Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules as required. Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
