You will be responsible for maximizing sales turnover, maintaining impeccable store standards, and ensuring a luxury shopping experience for our clientele. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth: Set, monitor, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the boutique. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer service. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing appointments, custom orders, and follow-ups. Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee stock levels, coordinate with the design/production team for collection restocks, and manage inventory auditing. Boutique Operations: Maintain premium visual merchandising and luxury standards on the showroom floor. Reporting: Prepare regular sales performance, customer feedback, and stock reports for upper management. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience, ideally in luxury fashion, abayas in the GCC. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Qatari customer preferences, fabric variations, and modest fashion trends. Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English is mandatory. Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and retail math skills. Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
