The role requires maintaining a positive shopping experience while supporting daily store operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Achieve individual and store sales targets Provide product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and promotions Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently Maintain store cleanliness and proper product display standards Assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system Support visual merchandising and promotional activities Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business Follow company policies, procedures, and grooming standards Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations Requirements Previous retail sales experience is preferred UAE retail experience in watches, eyewear, accessories, perfumes, or luxury products is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service and sales-oriented mindset Well-presented with a professional appearance Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Flexible with working hours, weekends, and holidays if required Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Multilingual skills are an advantage Compensation & Benefits Salary: Based on experience Attractive commission and incentives based on performance Pay: AED3,000.00 per month Application Question(s): What is your current salary ?
