Retail Operations & Stores Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, charismatic, and executive-minded Retail Operations & Stores Manager to oversee daily store operations and directly support executive management across all key business functions.

In this role, you will act as a core operational driver—managing store teams, streamlining workflows, overseeing inventory and vendor communications, and ensuring business goals are executed with precision. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership presence, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of managing retail environments within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations Management: Oversee daily activities across retail locations to maintain brand standards, operational compliance, customer service excellence, and visual merchandising standards.
• Executive Operational Support: Assist business ownership/executive management with high-priority business tasks, cross-departmental coordination, special projects, and administrative management.
• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, schedule, and lead store supervisors and retail staff; foster a high-performance, accountable, and customer-centric team culture.
• Vendor & Supplier Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers, service providers, and contractors to secure optimal commercial terms, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor stock levels, oversee store audits, minimize shrinkage/loss, and coordinate with procurement to ensure fast-moving inventory is optimized.
• Time & Workflow Optimization: Establish efficient operational schedules, prioritize competing business tasks, and implement structured processes across store locations.
• Performance Reporting & Tech Integration: Utilize store management software, POS systems, and office productivity suites (Excel/Google Sheets) to generate sales performance reports, inventory summaries, and actionable insights.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience managing retail operations, multi-store setups, or high-volume retail environments specifically within the UAE .
• Leadership & Charisma: Natural authority, exceptional confidence, and strong interpersonal presence required to manage teams and represent business management professionally.
• Negotiation & Commercial Acumen: Skilled in commercial negotiation, vendor contract management, and cost optimization.
• Organization & Time Management: Outstanding structured thinking, detail orientation, and multitasking capabilities under tight deadlines.
• Computer & Software Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint), POS management systems, and store analytics platforms.
• Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English (Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage).
• Driving License: UAE Driver’s License is required (for travel between stores/locations).

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
