The role involves monitoring sales and promotions, conducting regular store visits, supporting store staff, and identifying opportunities to improve sales and operations. Key Responsibilities - Monitor store sales performance, targets, promotions, and product movement. - Conduct regular store visits and monitor compliance with company standards. - Motivate and coach store staff to improve sales, upselling, and customer service. - Identify sales opportunities, customer preferences, and current retail trends. - Address and coordinate store staff concerns and operational issues. - Ensure proper implementation of promotions, merchandising, and company policies. - Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve store performance. - Coordinate with Head Office and store teams to resolve operational concerns. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field preferred. - With experience in retail operations, sales, or store supervision . - Experience in footwear, apparel, sportswear, or lifestyle retail is an advantage. - Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Results-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets. - Willing to travel and conduct regular store visits within Greater NCR . Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
